Philosophy

We never truly retire, even if we leave the workforce to pursue happiness without the daily toils of a job to hinder our progress. We still have all the responsibilities that a business owner has: overhead (ie., buying groceries, paying utilities, gasoline, home and auto maintenance, insurance, etc…), pay taxes, have deductions, have mortgages, civic duties and we support charities. Yet, unlike a business owner, most of us cannot remove or set aside the personal and emotional aspects of our daily financial challenges. Successful business owners separate their personal issues when it comes to making sound business decisions by evaluating their business environment, the economy, the globe, the political and social environment and they filter all the noise and do what they can to take more market share in their respective industries. This requires objectivity, effort, energy and a little foresight and as individuals we find it hard to put that kind of dedication into the management of our own financial affairs.

So why don't we act more like a business when it comes to our wallets and bank and investment accounts? Simply put, money is emotional. A company hires a finance team and puts a plan of action in place to obtain goals while individuals put their hands together, pray, and hope that their financial ailments disappear (This is an exaggeration, of course. But you get the picture). Our goal is to help you remove the emotions and take that responsibility off of your shoulders, to educate and guide you, to be your finance team, to guide you to making “sound business” decisions. We aim to be accountable toward helping you find financial independence through customized wealth planning, accumulation, and preservation and to do so with communication, honesty and integrity.

You've worked hard and you deserve a team that listens, that understands your needs and one that desires to help you obtain financial stability and success the way you see it fitting you best. We will work hand-in-hand with you to develop a personalized plan and where appropriate help you form your own “finance team” of legal, tax and insurance professionals to complement our services and work together for your benefit.

We'd love to hear from you. No obligations. No sales tactics. We'll give it to you straight and tell you if we're able to help or not.
